Learn to sew with Jennty Designs! I am passionate about passing on my 20+ years of sewing knowledge.  Students appreciate my serene patience, expertise, and eagerness to share the "why" behind every technique. Private sewing lessons can be scheduled Sunday through Saturday.  They last one hour to three hours depending on your needs.  Lessons are for ages 5 and up.  At this time only mobile lessons are available (I travel to you).  For those outside of the St. Louis, Missouri area, virtual lessons are available!

The student is responsible for purchasing any patterns, fabric, and notions needed for projects. If you do not have a sewing machine, I can bring one to be used for a transport fee of $10.

Lessons are $40/hr.  This includes time traveling to your location.

***A mileage fee of 67 cents per mile is charged if I travel to you.  Mileage is based on round trip travel from Belleville Illinois to your home address. ***

***  Payment is required to officially book a lesson.  Appointment times cannot be held for you.  Lessons may be booked up to 2 days before the day of the lesson.   For mobile lessons, the base lesson fee of $50/hour will be charged up front, and travel fees will be due the day of the lesson.  ***

*** Advanced notice is required to cancel or reschedule.  Cancellations the day before will result in a 75% refund of the amount paid.  Cancellations the day of will result in a 50% refund.  No shows will result in the full amount paid being forfeit.***
